Increasing the flow of Love in your Life
with A Course in Miracles
With Robert Holden and Alan Cohen
“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all of the barriers
within yourself that you have built against it,”
A Course in Miracles
Join Robert Holden and Alan Cohen for a Home Retreat style online workshop featuring four daily classes held over one weekend from Friday through Monday.
In From Fear to Love, Alan and Robert present four 90-minute classes on how to increase the flow of love in your life using principles and practices of A Course in Miracles.
From the comfort of your home, without taking a plane, train or automobile, you will join Robert and Alan, and fellow classmates, for daily classes that feature meditations, inquires, journaling exercises and plenty of time for Q&A. And because each class is only 90 minutes long, you have plenty of time to get on with the rest of your day.
(Note: don’t worry if you can’t make the live class; a recording will be sent to you on the day of each class).

From Fear to Love is the first in a new series – the Inner Journey Series – that Robert and Alan co-lead.
And on this first Home Retreat, the focus is on living a love-centered life. Here is a short description of our classes.
Imagine a life in which you were less afraid, more love-centered, and spontaneously available to miracles. Robert and Alan begin our Home Retreat with Course teachings on love and miracles. “Miracles occur naturally as expressions of love,” teaches the Course. Themes include: 1) Identifying with Love: love is more than an emotion, it’s your superpower; 2) The First Love: making space to feel what the mystics call The First Love, or never-changing love of God; 3) The Naturalness of Love: love is what we are born with; fear is what we learn (and can unlearn).
Inquiry: how can I live a more love-centered life?
The Course offers us a training to help make our relationships whole, healed, holy, and loving. Relationships are a spiritual path. There is a lesson of love in every relationship. And a gift of love in each one too. In this class, Alan and Robert help us to reset our relationship with ourselves. Themes include: 1) The Miracle of Self-acceptance; 2) The Gifts of Forgiveness; and 3) Giving and Receiving Love.
Inquiry: how can I add more love to my relationship with —?
Self-love is a practice of inner listening to what the Course calls the Voice of Love that is here to support and steer you through every trial and difficulty. “Love always answers, being unable to deny a call for help,” teaches the Course. In this class, Robert and Alan coach you on how to strengthen your relationship with your Inner Voice of Love so that all your decisions are based on love, not fear. Love is intelligent, and when you bless a situation with love, it will empower you and guide you in every situation.
Inquiry: what helps me to listen to my inner Voice of Love?
This final Review Class will wrap around all that we learned during our Miracle Retreat and give you the opportunity to share experiences and ask any questions to help you feel complete. Together, we will set an intention to play our part in creating a climate change from fear to love both in ourselves and in the world.
There will be plenty of time for Q&A with Robert and Alan.
